Please read these terms carefully before using the services provided by Gede Bali Transport. By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

**Payment Terms:**

1. **Reservation Deposit:**
– To confirm your booking with Gede Bali Transport, a deposit of 50% per service is required at the time of booking.

2. **Balance Payment:**
– The remaining balance must be settled on the first day of the service, either in cash (Indonesian Rupiah) or through specified electronic payment methods (PayPal). Please confirm the accepted payment methods when making your reservation.

3. **Confirmation of Booking:**
– Your booking will be considered confirmed and secure once the deposit is received and acknowledged by Gede Bali Transport. You will receive a confirmation email or message with the details of your service.

**Cancellation Policy:**

1. **Cancellation by Customers:**
– Cancellations made after booking and deposit payment may result in the forfeiture of the deposit. However, Gede Bali Transport will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis, and exceptions may apply in certain circumstances.

– The remaining balance is due on the first day of service. Cancellations made after the first day of service are non-refundable.

2. **Cancellation by Gede Bali Transport:**
– Gede Bali Transport reserves the right to cancel a service due to unforeseen circumstances that may affect the safety or the quality of the service, such as extreme weather conditions or vehicle issues. In such cases, clients will be provided with the following options:
– A full refund of the deposit.
– Rescheduling the service to an available date and time that suits the client.
– Providing an alternative, equivalent service if available.

**Rescheduling Policy:**

1. **Rescheduling by Customers:**
– If you wish to reschedule your service, please notify Gede Bali Transport at least 30 days in advance to secure an alternative date and time. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. –

– Please be advised that we are unable to fulfill requests for rescheduling during an ongoing tour due to the limited availability of our fleet.

– Due to limited availability, we do not accept rescheduling during the service period. If you attempt to cancel or reschedule the bus reservation during the service period, the full payment will be charged.

2. **Rescheduling by Gede Bali Transport:**
– Gede Bali Transport may need to reschedule a service in cases of unforeseen circumstances that could affect safety or service quality. Every effort will be made to notify clients in advance. Gede Bali Transport will work with clients to find a suitable alternative date and time for their service.

**Service Upgrades and Downgrades:**
– Requests for upgrading the type of service are acceptable with additional cost, subject to availability.
– Requests for downgrading the service for cashback or refund are not acceptable.

**Service Hours and Midnight Service Charge:**
– Our transportation services are available until midnight (12:00 AM). A midnight service charge of 20% will apply to the price if the service continues beyond 12:00 AM midnight.

**Changes to Itinerary:**
– Our drivers are committed to following the agreed-upon itinerary. Any last-minute changes to the itinerary or additional destinations added during the service that were not previously discussed may be subject to approval by the driver and may result in additional charges.

**Pricing and Coverage:**
– The final price offered to our customers is based on various factors, including the preferred area, time, pick-up location, and distance specified during booking.
– If additional areas not covered in the initial agreement are requested during the service, extra charges may apply, or our driver may refuse service. Please ensure that all destinations are communicated and agreed upon in advance to avoid inconvenience.

** Liability**

– **Safety:** While we make every effort to ensure your safety during our services, clients engage with our services at their own risk. Gede Bali Transport is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during the service.

**Privacy**

– **Data Protection:** We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

**Changes to Terms**

– **Modification of Terms:** Gede Bali Transport reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients in advance.
