- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Gede Bali Transport (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “you,” “your”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
- Booking and Confirmation
2.1 Reservation: All bookings must be made in advance through our website, email, or phone.
2.2 Confirmation: To proceed with your booking, we will issue an invoice. Your booking will be considered confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit payment.
2.3 Details: You must provide accurate details including, but not limited to, your full name, contact information, flight details, pick-up location, and destination.
- Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: Prices are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. Prices may vary depending on the type of vehicle, distance, and any additional services requested.
3.2 Payment: Deposit payment must be made upon booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made through bank transfer, credit card via PayPal, or other methods specified by Gede Bali Transport.
3.3 All international bank transfers and online payments may incur bank fees. It is the responsibility of the hirer to cover any associated fees.
3.4 Currency: Payments can be made in USD, EUR, AUD, or IDR.
- Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellation by Client: For cancellations after the deposit payment, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Cancellations made during the service period will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
4.2 No-Show: If the Client fails to appear at the designated pick-up location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued.
4.3 Due to limited availability, we do not accept rescheduling during the service period. If you cancel the bus reservation during this time, the full payment will be charged.
4.4 Cancellation by Gede Bali Transport: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund.
- Client Responsibilities
5.1 Punctuality: Clients are responsible for being on time at the agreed pick-up location.
5.2 Behavior: Clients are expected to behave in a manner that is respectful to our drivers and vehicles. Any damage caused by the Client to the vehicle or other property will be the Client’s responsibility.
5.3 Luggage: Clients are responsible for ensuring that their luggage is securely packed and does not exceed the vehicle’s capacity. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage.
5.4 Extra Time: Clients are responsible for paying for any additional time if the service extends beyond the initially agreed-upon duration.
5.5 Itinerary: Clients need to follow the original itinerary. Our drivers have the right to refuse service if there are last-minute changes to the itinerary or if additional destinations are added that were not previously discussed.
- Gede Bali Transport Responsibilities
6.1 Punctuality: We strive to be on time for all pick-ups. However, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
6.2 Vehicle Condition: Our vehicles are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and safety. In the event of a breakdown, we will arrange for an alternative vehicle or refund the cost of the service.
6.3 Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured, and we carry appropriate public liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the Client beyond our control. We strongly recommend that all Clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical expenses, and personal belongings.
- Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability: Gede Bali Transport shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to missed flights, lost luggage, or personal injury.
7.2 Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.
- Changes to Terms and Conditions
Gede Bali Transport reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Clients are advised to review these Terms periodically.
- Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
